Danju Program leadership update
We’re pleased to share some important changes within the Danju — Jobs Together Program management team.
Lance McGuire, who has been part of Danju since 2022, is stepping into the role of Danju Coordinator. Over the past three and a half years, Lance has shown strong leadership in his supervisor role, deep knowledge of the work, and a steady commitment to supporting the Danju team. His experience makes him a natural fit for this position.
Supporting Lance will be our Executive Officer, Caroline Hughes, who is taking on a Business Management role for Danju, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the program continues to grow and deliver meaningful outcomes. We also welcome Scott Bazely to the team, who will provide part-time technical support to strengthen the program’s delivery.
Together, Lance, Caroline, and Scott form a team that will continue to build on Danju’s achievements and provide strong leadership for the future.
Lance, reflecting on the changes in the program management, said, “The Danju team does great work across our catchment, and I am very proud to be a part of it. We have some big shoes to fill, but I am looking forward to stepping into this new role to continue supporting the team as we start this new chapter.”
We look forward to seeing the program continue to grow under this new structure and congratulate Lance on this well-deserved step forward.
