Terms and Conditions - please read carefully

Age.

The Love the Lesch Junior Art Competition is open to artists aged 4 - 16 at time of entry. Artists aged 10 or over to enter in the 10 + category. Artists aged 9 or under to enter in the Under 10 category.

Entry.

Teachers/schools who wish to arrange entry for students work in bulk can do so by contacting Junior Art Coordinator Nadia at reception@leschenaultcc.org.au

Due to display restrictions artwork must be unframed/no glass, and no larger than A1 size. Both paper and canvas artworks are permitted, (please note we may attach velcro or tape to the back of entries in order to hang works on display boards). 3D artwork must be stable and not sharp or hazardous in any way.

Entries close at close of business Monday 13th April. Unfortunately no artwork will be accepted after this deadline.

Delivery of artwork.

Artwork must be delivered to Leschenault Catchment Council Office, (7 Oakley St, Bunbury WA) during the following times: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday

Artwork will be checking in by an authorised committee representative.

Insurance and liability.

All care will be taken and volunteers will be supervising the exhibition, however the Leschenault Catchment Council accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of artwork while in storage or on display.

Copyright.

Copyright of the artwork remains with the artist. the festival committee may use images of the artwork in print or electronic media for promotional purposes only.

Collection.

Art can be collected between 2pm and 3pm on Sunday 3rd May from the Junior Exhibition tent. Please make prior arrangements for collection with the Junior Art Coordinator if collection is not possible at this time.
